Because our store utilizes a dual business model consisting of Amazon Affiliate Recommendations and Direct-from-Vendor Fulfillment, shipping times and procedures vary depending on the item you purchase. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order will be handled.
1. Amazon Products (Affiliate Links)
For products that redirect you to Amazon.com for checkout, these items are shipped and fulfilled entirely by Amazon or its third-party sellers. Amazon’s shipping rates, delivery times, including Amazon Prime benefits, and tracking details apply entirely to these orders. Wisesilver.com does not track, manage, or have access to shipping information for Amazon purchases, so please check your personal Amazon account for any updates regarding these shipments.
2. Wisesilver Fulfilled Products (Dropshipping / Vendor)
For items purchased directly through the Wisesilver.com secure checkout, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Because we source high-quality products directly from international vendors to offer you the best prices, shipping times may vary by location. The estimated shipping time for the United States and Canada is 7 to 15 business days. For the United Kingdom and Europe, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand takes around 10 to 18 business days, while delivery to the rest of the world ranges between 12 and 25 business days. Please note that these times are estimates, and occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal service disruptions, or peak holiday seasons.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package, though tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update and show active movements in the carrier's system. Additionally, Wisesilver.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, meaning all fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, taxes, or VAT, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at wisesilverglobal@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, as we cannot redirect packages once they leave the vendor facility.
