2. Wisesilver Fulfilled Products (Dropshipping / Vendor)

For items purchased directly through the Wisesilver.com checkout, we operate under a Strict No-Return Policy due to our direct-from-vendor fulfillment model.

  • Final Sale: All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size/color selection. Please make sure to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the completely wrong item, we will fix it.
